Most of the projects are created in the company’s own design department. An experienced team of designers has proven and efficient engineering tools and programs at their disposal.

The machines are manufactured entirely in our own production halls – from the department of preparation, material cutting, machining, through welding, grinding, bead blasting to assembly and quality control.

An integral part of the delivery of machines is the provision of an efficient and mobile service. The customer receives support from the moment of installation, implementation into production through training in service, regular inspections and quick service response time.

Quick access to high-quality parts and components is one of the key elements of smooth production and service operations. We constantly analyze the demand of current production and the needs of our customers, improving solutions and warehouse systems.

The electrical department has extensive experience in industrial automation, comprehensively assembling control cabinets and operator panels. For each project, a machine or line electric and operating scheme is developed by our specialists.

The current Ekomex machine control standard is based on programmable PLC modules. Many years of engineering and technological experience of our employees allowed us to develop stable programs with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

Control can be integrated with plant systems. We offer solutions for database integration, exchange of control signals, depending on recipes, range of machines, level of parameter control and automation. The employees of the electrical department are involved in the process of designing and implementing solutions as well as training the in-house service.

In addition to our own products, we also distribute Reepack packaging machines as well as parts and components used in our machines.
