What will we show at the Ekomex stand?
As always, we are preparing for this event very carefully. Taking into account current trends and needs of enterprises in the food industry, we have selected some solutions from our offer that not only improve production processes, but also help reduce production costs while maintaining high standards of the final product.
What machines are we going to present during IFFA?.
During IFFA we are going to present the meat grinder WW200 combined with frozen block conveyer and the WP160 automatic grinder equipped with the Singriset cutting cylinder. This is one of our most important product areas, intensively developed with many years of experience and innovation in the separation, crushing, grinding and cutting of fresh and frozen raw materials, especially meat.
Separating head SINGRISET is an innovative, mechanical system for desinewing and separating meat from soft bones, cartilage, veins and tendons, based on a special, precise sleeve head, patented by Ekomex-Pilśniak, dedicated for grinders of this brand.
The second highlight of our stand is going to be the ML1500VC vacuum paddle mixer . For several years now, vacuum mixers also with cooling and heating options have formed a huge part of our production. As a result, we place particular emphasis on developing these systems and adapting them to as many applications as possible in the food industry.
