The production line consists of the set of machines manufactured by EKOMEX: angle grinder WW200, that makes possible to grind and mince fresh and frozen meat at the same time into a structure of up to 3 mm, column loading unit for  200 l standard trolleys, automatic belt conveyer from a grinder to a Z-arm vacuum mixer MZ1500V with massive Z-type mixing shafts for mixing frozen, low-hydrated, dense product during the production of shaped products, e.g. kebab – doener, culinary meat, hamburgers.

The described line has been implemented by Ekomex, and can be offered in a same or similar layout suitable for the individual needs of the plant in the capacity range from 500 to 3000 kg / h.
