Automatic angle grinder with frozen block crusher WW200 KBM

The automatic angle grinder WW200 KBM with an integrated block crusher is a new concept of a hybrid machine in the Ekomex-Pilśniak machine range, which enables two-stage grinding of frozen blocks in one loading cycle.

The first stage consists of the initial crushing of the blocks with the use of a slow-rotating grinding head placed in the hopper above the feeding screw, then, after the screws have transported the material cut into smaller pieces, the second stage of grinding into a specific structure on cutting tools takes place.

The machine is characterized by optimal demand for electricity and low operating cost with high efficiency corresponding to medium, large and large industrial meat, poultry, pet food and ready meals production plants.

The hopper of the grinder has been divided into two zones: loading of frozen blocks and fresh raw material, thanks to which the machine has become even more universal, enabling the feeding of fresh and frozen raw materials at the same time.

Appropriate design of the hopper, housing, angular positioning of the screws (feeding and working), their appropriate shape as well as speed adjustment and speed difference ensure even flow of the raw material and good compression on the cutting tools, what provides the proper cutting structure.

PLC control enables motor load control, clear operation, current adjustment, programming, archiving and saving of program parameters on the touch panel.
