Production lines

Production line for culinary meat – cooking and cooling

The production line consists of the vacuum paddle mixer with cooking option through double oil heated jacket and direct steam injection, then buffer container with product pump transporting the cooked and mixed product into the angle mincer for final grinding. After final grinding hot product is transported to the second vacuum paddle mixer with cooling system and cooled by direct LIN2 injection.

The described line has been implemented by Ekomex, and can be offered in a same or similar layout suitable for the individual needs of the plant in the capacity range from 300 to 3000 kg/h.
